How to edit photos on your phone

Photographer Arin Chassine has published a short article about editing photos with your phone. These are the steps he goes through:

  1. Straighten and crop.

  2. Adjust highlights, shadows and mid-tones.

  3. Adjust overall exposure.

  4. Adjust colors, but don’t exaggerate.

  5. Go back to previous steps if necessary.

He use Adobe Lightroom for mobile. It’s free and very powerful as well as available for iPhone, iPad and Android.

There is a learning curve in Lightroom so the guide should be handy. It is a very competent app.

Great tips. I just went to Savvity on my phone and clicked on the link to download Adobe Lightroom for Mobile. No small feat for me since I am not that great with my phone! Winking
